Supporting Bankstown Public Schools' Music Therapy Program – UPDATE

11 April 2023

In December 2022, TFCB donated $7,000.00 to fund another two semesters of Music Therapy classes in 2023 for Bankstown Public School Special Education Unit.

Maureen and Glen visited the music class last Thursday, accompanied by Special Education Assistant Principal, Hanna Miller and Music Co-ordinator Tom.

"Our previous research showed that music makes a wonderful difference to the lives of children with special needs in so many ways.

However, to actually see this class taking place firsthand, was a completely positive and overwhelming experience.

We greatly appreciate all the community interest and continued support of TFCB – together we are making a positive difference to the lives of others."

Generous Donation from the Padstow Rotary Club

28 June 2022

On Wednesday 28th June 2022, The Padstow Rotary Club invited Trilogy Foundation CB to attend their annual Changeover Dinner. We wish all the best to outgoing President Keith Roffey and congratulate incoming Charles Mille as the club’s 66th President.

Padstow Rotary were extremely generous to donate a $3,000 cheque to Trilogy Foundation CB as part of their fundraising and giving program. They also donated to other very hard working community based organisations during the evening. These donations couldn’t have come at a better time, as fundraising has been extremely difficult these past two years because of COVID.

"Congratulations Padstow Rotary for the wonderful job that you do, thank you for your very generous donations, and we wish the new year 2022-23 a success with your new theme, 'Imagine Rotary'."

Wangee Park School, Campsie: 2019

Many thanks for your recent donation to our school. The benefits have been fantastic and I am happy to share with you that we have used the funds to create our Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) signage (see picture above).

PBL is a home/school wide system of support, which includes strategies for teaching and promoting positive behaviours across multiple settings.

It is an integral part of staff and student wellbeing here at Wangee Park School. Staff members promote and have high expectations for positive behaviour, throughout all school environments. This new signage is a great tool for teachers and students alike in creating a high quality teaching and learning environment.

The signage will be used to help students to be safe, respectful learners in their daily routines.

Thanks again for your most generous donation and we look forward to building a strong relationship with the Trilogy Foundation in 2020.

With sincere appreciation,

Anthony Bulmer
Principal
Wangee Park School
