All donations received by the Trilogy Foundation Canterbury Bankstown (“The Foundation”) and then gifted, are given in good faith.
Its committee and members will not be held personally responsible and are not responsible for any actual or perceived loss or damage whether by any personal, physical and/or property loss or damage through the use of any gifts.
The Foundation, its committee and members will not warrant and/or indemnify any damage or loss after a gift is given.
All gifts given become the responsibility of the receiver and/or their representative on acceptance of said gift.
